China has proposed “New Quality Productivity” as a keynote summarization for the avenue to China Characteristic Modernization in social-economic particular. A precise annotation to the keynotes is vitally important for deployments and implementations. Besides the two indispensable aspects that “driven by innovations”, “Total Factor Productivity enhancements and optimizations for efficiencies”, the quality concept need be understood beyond product quality, technical standards as well as industrial reliability and managerial effectiveness. We recognize that as “social norms concerning quality and sustainable growth of social demands”. That refers to contractual relationships with respect to industrial relations, socio-economic relations and distribution relations.

Our project is targeting at reinventing a corporate Operational System which differentiates from ERP and PLM systems/platforms. We are at fundamental root level to deliver dynamic corporate governance rules and procedures, sovereign rights and ownership to labor, data, return and equity, as well as various valuation models on GPT framework for enterprises equity/asset trading in dynamic networking environment.
